Forever Spring is an oolong tea in the typical Taiwanese balled-oolong style. The tea is named after its cultivar, Si Ji Chun, literally “four seasons spring”. While some cultivars only produce teas twice or thrice a year, Si Ji Chun is well-suited to producing teas all year, hence the name “Forever Spring”.
